Idyllic farm in a picturesque paradise

Shortly behind the main town of Neustift is the small hamlet of Auten. Here the farm is located on approx. 3,255 m² of land, beautifully situated with a view towards the valley. The farmhouse has its foundations from 1666 and we find corresponding structural beauties on the ground floor, such as vaults on the ceilings and wall dimensions of over one meter! The ground floor apartment is encumbered with a lifelong right of residence to the grandmother of the heirs, the unit on the first floor is ready for immediate occupancy. The sheep are kept by the owners and if the stables are the buyer's own use, the sheep will be housed elsewhere. The area of the property is manageable and is not enough to feed the animals; it serves more as an open garden area. There are enough parking spaces in the courtyard, a locked garage and additional spaces in the haystack are available.
