This north-facing home, with unimpeded views of the mountain, is open plan with double volume ceiling and exposed trusses and stands out as distinctive from its neighbours. It is armed with an alarm system. There is sufficient parking for two vehicles inside the electric gate. The ground floor main en-suite bedroom has a double bed and small lounge. The attached bathroom includes a shower, bath, toilet, hand-basin and bidet with under-floor heating taking the winter chill away from under your feet. The second en-suite mezzanine bedroom has two single beds with a spacious seating area. Once again the attached bathroom has a shower, toilet, hand-basin and Sun heater above the shower. A third guest toilet with hand-basin is positioned under the staircase. The main living area comprises a large open space lounge and dining-room with fireplace and hugs the kitchen which is fitted with Smeg stove and fridge, Bosch dishwasher and LG washing machine in under-counter cupboards (a tumble drier is optional). Additional household appliances to ease the day include, amongst others, a small Weber barbeque and a manual coffee grinder in case of electricity failure. Two large pre-filters and a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen provide for filtered water “on-tap”. The large veranda with table and eight chairs allows for all-day sun. Leading off the veranda is a large swimming pool which provides for summer entertainment. The low maintenance garden is on a computerised management system and boasts a submersible pump in case of heavy rain.
