Room fully furnished in Student house, Room 2

Fully furnished student house with rooms to rent, water and wi-fi included in the rent. The owner will buy R1000-00 electricity at the beginning of the month for the students to use, if the electricity is finished then the tenants is responsible to buy pre-paid electricity for the rest of the month. The student house is NSFAS accredited but not NSFAS tenants can also rent. Once a week the garden services will clean the garden and once a week the cleaner will clean the communal area in the house.
