About this space. Hill House. A spectacular family friendly home with amazing indoor and outdoor living spaces. This property is powered by solar and not effected by loadshedding. There are 5 outdoor camera's around the house for your safety/security. Indoors you will notice 3 cameras in the NON private locations (bar/braai and lounge) these have measures in place that they do NOT record while we have guests staying at our home. This will be shown to the guests on arrival. Great Location, Great check-in experience and dive right in.... few places in the area with a pool. -The space: Large smart televisions in all spaces. Main bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom, including walk-in shower and walk in closet (a cot can be arranged for the main room). Second bedroom has a double bed, perfect a couple or for two kids. Third bedroom has double bunks, suitable for 2 kids or 2 adventurous adults! If you will be bringing a pet along - pleases notify us of type beforehand. Cleaning service included! DSTV and Netflix on all televisions Solar heated swimming pool -Guest access: Entire house, Private. Small working office on property is not part of the rental and has separate entrance. Other things to note Cleaning lady:The only washing our cleaning lady will do is the bedding. This is due to time restraints and being able to get the washing cleaned, dried and then remaking the beds. You will be responsible for doing your own private washing. -House rules: You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. 6 guests maximum. No pets. Quiet hours: 10pm - 7am No parties or events. No smoking. -Checking in and out: Check in: 2pm - 4pm Check out: 10am Short Term Rentals only. Asking 3,500 ZAR per night, minimum 3 nights stay.
