WELL MAINTAINED AND MANAGED LODGE IN THE HEART OF MIDRAND

This fully operational lodge is located close to the Boulders Shopping complex. The lodge include 7 self-catering rooms, restaurant and bar, 2 conference rooms, 2 boardrooms, dining and entertainment area. All 7 bedrooms have double beds, air-condition and en-suit bathrooms are fully tiled. Air conditioned boardrooms can accommodate 15 and 40 people respectively and is fully carpeted. Combined areas of both conference rooms is 270m2 and can accommodate over 150 people and is equipped with air-conditioning and are fully carpeted. The bar and restaurant has an entertainment stage, it's own access and has seating for approximately 50 people. There are seven CCtv cameras adding to the palisade security fencing all round. An awesome feature is the boulders in the bar area, which is unique to this area of Midrand.
