It is an easy walk of 400m to the beach, Beacon Island, Central beach and Robberg beach. The home is lovely, comfortable, clean neat and tidy. Entering the house into a large open plan lounge, dining room with dining table that seats 6 and a large kitchen with large counter top and bar stools. The lounge is well furnished with a double sleeper couch and a large TV with Full DSTV. There is a wood fireplace central to the room. The kitchen which is the centre of attraction is a large open plan. Fully equipped with 5 plate gas hob and oven, microwave, air fryer, dish washer, washing machine and fridge. The Main bedroom with doors opening to the garden, has a King Size bed, dressing room and en-suite shower, toilet, and basin. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are spacious with Queen beds. These 2 rooms share a full bathroom with shower , bath and basin. Separate guest loo. The front garden is enclosed with a lovely swimming pool with large umbrella, sun loungers and garden furniture. The back garden is enclosed with fire pit and braai There is a small inverter for load shedding which is sufficient for the Wi-Fi, TV and one light Pet friendly only on request and approval by landlord. Close walk to town, shops and restaurants and a new shopping centre at the end of Longships road The main driveway gate is remote controlled and there is driveway parking for 2-3 vehicles with additional parking for a vehicle in the garage.
