Bright and Spacious House in Pueblo Mío

This residence, built and designed to live in all year round with thermal insulation and heating, comprises large social areas and comfortable bedrooms. Upon entering, we have a bright and spacious living room, which has both air conditioning and a high-performance stove. In the right wing, there is a small office and the bedrooms, which are all en-suite. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a double sink, a shower and a hydromassage bathtub, from where you can appreciate views of the lagoon. It also has a comfortable dressing room. In the left wing, we find the guest bathroom, the dining room and the kitchen with island included. When exiting the kitchen, there is a separate unit where the staff quarters and the laundry room are, with a separate door. Exiting through the living room to the back deck, we find the pool and the lagoon, the enclosed barbecue with stone cladding on the barbecue/grill area and wooden floors. From here, you can appreciate views of the lagoon both from inside the barbecue area and from its deck. There is direct access to the lagoon across a jetty with a stove included. Outside, there is another separate unit which has a cosy living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. It also has a large garage which accommodates three cars with great ease.
