54-hectare farm with panoramic views, located in the Sierra de Los Caracoles, 45 minutes from Punta del Este and 1 hour from the town of José Ignacio. On 30 hectares, there are approximately 15,000 olive trees in production, of the Arbequina, Coratina, Picual, Arbosana varieties, and others in smaller quantities. It operates under a natural semi-intensive dryland system. The remaining land could be suitable for a vineyard or another hillside project.
