Description
From a complete block with 130 linear meters of virgin coastline facing the Atlantic Ocean in Balneario Santa Ana, East of Canelones, it is proposed to take a fractionation of at least 5000 m2 at a rate of U$ 150 m2 of land with the resulting percentage of frontage equivalent to the percentage of the total land taken. The total land has 15.000 m2 and expressions of interest are received regarding the taking of a fraction superior to 1/3 of the same starting from street 1 towards the East. The property overlooks a clean beach with a wide band of sand, being the land several meters above the beach level, which gives it profuse views of the sea. The land is forested with pine trees and has an internal road but would be divided following patterns of accuracy with respect to the percentage of the total land acquired and the share of the sea front which is what gives greater real estate value. From the end of 1st Street towards the coast there is a municipal descent built in wooden deck that facilitates the access to the beach. From the sea the land cannot be approached except by going up the access ramp and approaching the land from the public street that is at the same level. The area has potable water, electricity and telephone and data communication. The streets are in good condition of use and maintenance.
