Great location in the valley. Closer to Jackson if commuting, about 15 minutes to Alpine. Then another 30 to Jackson. Beautiful views of mountains to the west. This subdivision features Etna water, irrigation water access and fiber to lot line. There are walking paths and a park in this nicely developed subdivision. Modulars need to go through Design Committee for approval.
