Fully equipped dressage facility available for the 2024-2025 season with mirrors and covered arena!! Also offered annually. The beautiful main house features 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, and a backyard oasis with a pool and a large tiki hut overlooking the arena. The recently built equestrian features offer a breezy center-aisle barn with 14 stalls that are all 12 x 12 ft, tack and feed rooms, fly spray system, fans and automatic water to each stall, a half bath and a nicely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath grooms apartment.All aisle ways have inlaid rubber matting and there are 4 wash stalls in the barn with fans as well. Directly adjacent to the barn is the beautiful 66 x 198 ft covered arena which features premium GGT footing plus full dressage mirrors and can be enjoyed from
