New Development Antiga Fábrica do Prado

A large part of the Matosinhos coastline, called Matosinhos Sul, has undergone a remarkable transformation, with the conversion of old canneries and industrial warehouses into magnificent buildings and renovations, some of which retain the historical identity of the region. The "Old Prado Factory" project intends to maintain the original facade of the factory and its exterior character. Sunny gardens will be built to the south, west, and east of the building. The new design will give ample light to the 1 to 4 bedroom apartments, each facing the interior gardens and sharing a co-working space, a gym, underground parking, and a swimming pool. The renovation project will preserve the building's original facade, but the interior will be completely renovated, with the creation of modern and elegant apartments. The apartments will be built with high quality materials and will be equipped with the most modern amenities to provide maximum comfort for its inhabitants. In addition, the project will include the creation of common spaces for the residents, such as a swimming pool and outdoor recreation areas. The goal is to create a warm and pleasant environment for the residents, allowing them to fully enjoy the beauty of the area and its proximity to the beach.
