19.5 ha land in Grândola with ruin and panoramic view

A few minutes from the village of Santa Margarida da Serra we can find this 19.5ha plot of land with the possibility of building a single-family house with a maximum area of 500sqm and an agricultural warehouse with 7500sqm. There is electricity from the public network and a water borehole. The land is immersed in a very natural environment where the cork trees are predominant, being currently done two harvests (750 arrobas each – around 11.250kg). It also has around 250 olive trees, some centenaries, some stone pines and other species. The land borders the Grândola river that has water even in summer. The access to the ruin area is easy and you also have the advantage of this area being located around 20 km from the beaches of Melides and Lagoa de Santo André.
