António de Oliveira Salazar, president of the Council of Ministers of the dictatorship government in the middle of the last century, enjoyed staying overnight in this Palacete, for the tranquility and sumptuousness that it still provides today. This palatial house dates back to the XIX century and maintains the original architecture, having been renovated by technicians specialized in recovering the details of carpentry, paintings and decorative ornaments in plaster on the ceilings.
