Building to rehabilitate in the heart of the Invicta

Building of traditional façade to rehabilitate in downtown Porto. It has 475 sqm of gross private area and develops along the basement, ground floor, plus three floors. The 3rd floor has a view of the old town centre. On the ground floor there could be a shop for commerce. It has a staircase and a central skylight, elements that are so characteristic of the historic buildings of downtown Porto. The patio, although small, could be used as a common outdoor leisure area.
