Step 1: Mapping your needs and getting acquainted

• Number of bedrooms?

• Outdoor space desired?

• Any other specific preferences?

• Have you mapped out your budget?

• Have you spoken to a mortgage broker, if necessary? This is also valuable information for us.

Step 2: The service order

We will send you an order for services, detailing all agreements made, specific needs and the brokerage commission.

Step 3: Getting Started

After the order for services is formalized, we get straight to work and the search can begin.

What will we do?

• You will receive daily updates from us by email with the latest offerings that match your search profile (from our real-time search system)

• The broker searches the exchange system and our extensive network

• We schedule viewings based on your wishes

• We accompany you to viewings and ask the selling broker all relevant questions

• When a suitable property is offered through our own network, we notify you

• We examine all documentation provided by the selling broker. If necessary, we also request additional documentation that may be important to you during the purchase

• We advise on the legal and constructional aspects and, if necessary, engage additional research

• We examine the market value and advise on the price

• We carry out the negotiations for you

Step 4: The final stage of the buying process

Guiding, advising and checking with regard to the content and signing of the purchase contract:

• Organizing and supervising an architectural inspection (if desired)

• Proposing a notary who will draw up the contract of sale

• Checking and completing the deed of sale where necessary

• Assisting the notary with the purchase agreement

• Supervising the inspection of the house (is the house still in the same state as when you bought it)

• Checking the deed of delivery and the bill of settlement

• Assisting the notary with the delivery of the property
