Event fees apply for over 20 guests. The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays but are available at overtime rates. RENTAL RATES Nightly: $ 2,300 / 2,650 High Season & Holidays( Three night minimum - Four night minimum for events ) Weekly: 12,600 / 14,490 High Season & Holidays Events have a maximum of 50 guests with an event fee of $ 1,500 and $ 500 per additional event.
