Two suites ( one on the lower level ) with king-sized beds and ensuite baths. Open living area with double high ceilings and large skylight which doubles as a swimming pool. The roof terrace has some of the best views in San Miguel with a seating area, plunge pool, grill, ice machine, refrigerator & half bath. An amazing space to enjoy the day or evenings in the heated pool with 360-degree views of San Miguel. No detail was spared in the design and build of this home. Located off of Chorro on a small Callejon it's a bit uphill but worth every step. Maid service 3 times per week. Tips paid in advance and pool heat at renters expense. All rates shown are all-inclusive, reflecting the full cost of your stay, including applicable taxes and platform fees. The rates shown are for a standard month. Holidays and peak season months have a premium. There are no hidden charges or additional mandatory fees at booking. Gratuities for household staff are not included and may be extended directly at the guest’s discretion. Pool heat is $ 50 dollars per day. *The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates.
