The pool may be heated at the guest's option. House Rules: Please inquire if traveling with children. Pets are discouraged. Events over 12 are permitted with approval. Event fees apply for over 20 guests. The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays but are available at overtime rates. RENTAL RATES Nightly: $ 2,300 / 2,650 High Season & Holidays( Three night minimum - Four night minimum for events ) Weekly: 12,600 / 14,490 High Season & Holidays Events have a maximum of 50 guests with an event fee of $ 1,500 and $ 500 per additional event.
