Casa Cima
- 3 Bedrooms
Description
Cima in Spanish means “summit”, and because the house is built on the very top of a mountain, Casa Cima is just the right name for it. The site offers a magnificent panoramic view of the town and sky. You will see the morning sunrise, the clouds shifting against the intense blue sky, the drama of storms rolling in, rainbows after a sun-shower, the town lights going on at dusk, fireworks lighting up the night sky, with the Parroquia Church a visual constant, right in the middle of the action. The house is nestled in a small, friendly cul-de-sac which is both quiet and pretty. The neighborhood, Colonia Santa Julia, is within the ring road that circles the city. Easy access to this highway makes it quick to get to every corner of town. It is a 20 minute walk to the Jardin Principal, the central plaza of town. The house has two master bedroom suites, each with spacious walk-in closets. One features a traditional wood ceiling, and the other a boveda ceiling. Additionally, there is a third bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, various terraces (for indoor/outdoor living), a large garden and a carport. Casa Cima combines elements of both colonial and contemporary styles. The spaces are voluminous with fabulous natural light. The repeated stone columns & arches, with elegant metalwork, are created by local artisans. The fixtures are contemporary designs with chrome finishes. The countertops will be made of a white, quartz conglomerate. The carpentry will have a clear finish, to show the color of the natural wood. The interior walls will be painted a warm white color. The exterior color of the house is still undetermined, whatever the buyer would like. bks-g.c.
