A combination of sea views, nature and a luxury lifestyle just a step away from Quesada and Rojales with all the comforts at hand. According to a real estate study, published a few weeks ago, Ciudad Quesada is the most sought after place by foreigners to live. In this post we tell you the reasons why we also believe it. The municipality of Rojales stands out for its rich history and trees. It has a high-level urban hydraulic complex, which is represented by the Alfeitamí Mill Dam from the 16th century. As well as the Ferris wheel of La Bernarda installed in the riverbed, the Bridge of Carlos III, which dates from the 18th century and the Barrio de las Cuevas, where you can see the magnificent constructions destined for museums and exhibition halls. As for nature, Rojales has the Lagunas de la Mata-Torrevieja, an incredible protected natural area located south of Alicante. In this environment there are two salty lagoons, Torrevieja and La Mata. This place is home to important vegetation, as well as a large community of birds, more than a hundred species. It has a water amusement park nestled in a natural valley of the Ciudad Quesada Urbanization. Finally, the municipality has the "La Marquesa" Golf Course, located in a flat valley between mountains and protected by a unique microclimate that allows playing throughout the year. The route that it presents during its eighteen holes is comfortable and without great unevenness. It is an ideal field for players of any age and is located 30 minutes from Alicante and Murcia airports.
