Close of the city of Brunico and in the middle of the Puster Valley lies the village of Percha with about 1600 inhabitants at an altitude of about 970m. This centrally located village in Val Pusteria impresses mostly with its sunny panoramic location. The natural wonder of the earth pyramids is located directly above the village and is considered a popular hiking trail which leads across the forest to the viewing peaks of the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park. Well-known excursion destinations of the Dolomites such as the Three Peaks, lake Braies or Lake Anterselva can be reached within a radius of a few km. Due to its location directly on the cycle path, the entire Puster Valley can also be explored by bike. At the foot of the village is the train station, where the Pustertaler Bahn train runs every half hour, and which also serves as a connecting station to the Kronplatz skiing area. The new Ried gondola lift brings recreational athletes in winter and summer directly from Percha station to the high plateau of Plan de Corones at 2,275m. The train station in Percha also connects the Kronplatz ski area with the 3 Zinnen Dolomites ski area. In this way, the "Ski-Pustertal-Express" train can take you on the same day from the Ried am Kronplatz valley station to the new station of Vierschach which is directly at the Helm valley. Commission Details

The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
