Commission Details

The appointment for the sale with our agency and/or agents is formalized by the signing of an agreement retaining the use of services listed in our brochure and its related clauses. The brokerage fee (commission) paid by the Buyer is 5% plus VAT calculated on the purchase price of the property.The commission shall become due upon signature of the preliminary purchase and sale contract.The gross commission amount would be adjusted if there is a subsequent change in VAT rates. Reactive s.r.l and its agents subsequently have the right to immediately request the payment of the agreed commission (Contract in favor of third parties).Stamp duty, notary’s costs and mortgage taxes (if any) are payable by the Buyer.The company does not accept responsibility of any kind related to the information on the property. All descriptions, dimensions, areas, reference to condition and necessary permissions for use and occupation and other details are given in good faith and are believed to be correct, but any intending Buyer should not rely on them as statements or representations of fact, but must satisfy themselves by inspection or otherwise as to the correctness of the information provided.
