Rimini: Location and surroundings of this property

The location, a short distance from the centre, the main traffic arteries and green areas, is ideal for families and first homes. Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “FCF real estate srl.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Landlord for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 3,5 % of the sale price of a property or 10% of a yearly rent.
