House in a medieval village with breathtaking view over the Sea

Walking through the charming alleys of Torria you reach the property: a house on different levels in a game of stairs and rooms that makes it unique. The lovely green door opens onto the entrance, to the right you can see a good size well-equipped kitchen, a few steps lead you to the dining and living area with fireplace and the mezzanine floor. From the large windows of the living room overlooking the large terrace, the view of the sea and the valley is spectacular. A few more steps take you to the lower floor where you find one room, one bathroom with a small hallway, pantry and laundry room, and just for wine lovers a beautiful cellar where you can sip the 'nectar of the gods' undisturbed. Going up through the iron staircase you reach the second large living room where you can enjoy peaceful hours. From the entrance another marble staircase leads to the upper floor with another room, one bathroom and another hallway. A beautiful wooden ladder takes you through the hatch to the last mezzanine floor. The two bedrooms and the mezzanine have a sink . From the storage room you can get outside and through an old stone staircase you can reach a wide workshop warehouse. The place has a lot of sunlight and the view is breathtaking. There are no cars allowed around the village; this makes the place even more peaceful. The small alleys are smooth, not difficult to walk and perfectly maintained.
