Living in the heart of Venice

A shopping walk among Rialto Market stalls is a tradition - and a real pleasure for those who are lucky enough to live in Venice. In fact, Rialto is one of the oldest areas in the Venice (Rivoalto), and since 1097, of one of the oldest markets in Italy. Here it was possible to find precious goods such as spices, silks and precious metals, foodstuffs that arrived from the islands or from the mainland, wine, vegetables, fruit, fish. In the heart of this special place we find our new property, which can be easily reached via the common stairs that lead us to the first floor. The comfortable entrance is connected to the large living room: a perfect place where you can relax after a walk, with precious well-preserved Venetian terrazzo floors. Crossing the living room we find a first bedroom equipped with a walk-in closet with window. Going back to the living room, on the opposite side, we find a second and large bedroom. The eat-in kitchen and the two bathrooms, one of which with a window, complete the property. This apartment represents an ideal solution as a fmain residence or as a second home: its size and access without bridges from the water bus stop are further atouts!
