2,801 m²Southward, on the road that divides the lower Salento in half, just before reaching Capo di Leuca, we find Alessano, a town with origins dating back to the 15th century and of great artistic and cultural value. Several great dynasties have left very important historical marks, still walking in the streets of the Salento town, we can admire the Ducal Palace, Legari Palace, 17th-century Pyrrego Palace and the Renaissance San Giovanni Palace. Alessano, recognized as a "City of Art," not surprisingly in recent years has attracted many visitors and many have fallen in love with it and chosen it as their residence. A very dynamic town, it is located between Tricase, Santa Maria di Leuca and Castro, centers with an effervescent energy where restaurants, cocktail bars, ice cream parlors and top-notch stores are recognized as the best in the region. In this area the jagged rocky coastline is full of caves and natural pools, sheer cliffs that invite us to admire magnificent views of an open sea. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful areas of the Salento peninsula, but also of Puglia, capable of offering everything within a radius of a few kilometers. At 100km from Brindisi International Airport, 45 minutes from Lecce, less than 30 minutes from Gallipoli, and a few kilometers from the sandy beaches with clear waters of the Ionian Sea, Alessano is the ideal location for discovering and experiencing Salento.
