We are near Santa Marta, in the still beating residential area of the Dorsoduro district, very close to piazzale Roma. We enter through the entrance door on the ground floor. The condominium has both a staircase and a lift and we go up to the second floor, to the door of our flat. Already at the entrance we appreciate the generous size of the building. Turning left we enter a first dining room, where there is a table with a bench perfect for breakfast. The kitchenette is typical Venetian: compact, windowed and with a door to separate the rooms when preparing Sunday lunches. From the entrance we proceed straight ahead and enter the living room: the Venetian floor plan follows us at every step. Here we find a conversation corner with a sofa and two armchairs, an imposing carved dining table, and two terraces on two different views. We find the sleeping area by entering the corridor beyond the only door leading from the entrance to the right: to the left is the bathroom with shower and washing machine, to the right a first double bedroom with another terrace. The corridor gives us access to another bedroom, also of generous size, and with en suite windowed bathroom. Finally, closing the corridor is a final door: almost an independent flat, perfect as a nursery or service flat, the room is smaller in size than the previous ones, has an en suite bathroom and shares access to the terrace we saw in the first room.
