The hotel serves as a starting point for numerous hikes and mountain tours amidst the impressive peaks of the Rieserferner Group. For those who prefer leisurely hiking, the Lake Circuit Trail, transformed into a nature experience path in 2003, offers enjoyment. Among mountain bikers, the well-known “Klammlrunde” that passes over the Staller Sattel is highly popular. In winter, when the lake freezes, it becomes a romantic ice skating spot. Skiers can enjoy themselves at the Riepenlift in Antholz Mittertal or at Kronplatz in Olang, the number 1 skiing mountain, which is about a 20-minute drive away.
