Description
The Hotel Seehaus is situated in a unique location right at Lake Anterselva. The former fisherman's cottage, which was once used as a weekend getaway by Enrico Mattei, was converted into a hotel in 1999 and is now considered a charming gem in the middle of a nature reserve. The hotel features 20 guest rooms spread across 3 floors. The rooms are tastefully decorated and have been continuously renovated over the years to meet modern standards. The balconies offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Rieserferner mountain range. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed at the reception, and the cozy lounge area with a fireplace provides a space to relax and enjoy. A special highlight is the restaurant with a sun terrace and a small jetty right on the lake. In the basement, there is a small but exquisite sauna facility with a relaxation room, storage rooms, and an underground garage. Additionally, the property includes an animal park with a small stable and feeding area, as well as forest plots and registered alpine meadows around Lake Anterselva. The hotel holds a regular room rental licence and a bar licence.
