The property is located in the splendid setting of Giudecca, an area known for its tranquillity and its magnificent views of the southern lagoon and the Venetian 'skyline'. A few steps away from the Redentore bus stop, we reach the building where the property is located, on the fourth and last floor of the block. Crossing the threshold of the entrance on our left we have a generous closet, ideal for storing shoes and coats before entering the rooms of the house. Continuing on our steps, still on our left, we are intrigued by a splendid natural light that accompanies our gaze up to the habitable terrace, accessible both from the cooking area and from the dining room through comfortable double-glazed wooden French windows.
