Just a few steps from the historic center of Martina Franca, a well-known town in the Itria Valley where the Baroque style is magnificently expressed, stands a prestigious historic building.
The building, dating back to the late 18th century, has two independent entrances that allow the spaces to be used for different purposes:
- One entrance, consisting of a majestic door framed by two imposing columns, faces Via Arco Grassi;
- Two other entrances face Largo Magli: one on the ground floor, and the other at the top of a wide stone staircase that leads directly to the first floor.
The property is spread over two levels connected by a large internal courtyard, which can be accessed directly from the door on Via Arco Grassi.
The interiors are very spacious, with star vaults and numerous windows that ensure great brightness in the rooms.
On the ground floor, there is a large bathroom area, while on the first floor, two fireplaces are provided.
The building is completed and enhanced by a large panoramic terrace which features:
- The setup for a large outdoor open kitchen;
- A service lift shaft that reaches both floors;
- A wood-fired oven;
- A storage room.
