Commission Details

The intermediation order to our agency and our real estate agents is given by signing a specific document or, in the absence of this, by using the services listed in our brochure, in our real estate sheets and in the relevant clauses. The brokerage fee (commission) paid by the buyer is based on the purchase/sale price of the property. The commission is considered accrued, due and payable at the time of conclusion of the sales contract between seller and buyer (i.e. with the signature of the potential seller who accepts the purchase proposal presented by the potential buyer). Levante Immobiliare S.r.l. (subsidiary of Engel & Voelkers Italia Srl) and its real estate agents have the right to demand immediate payment of the commission upon the occurrence of the aforementioned circumstance. The registration tax, notary fees, cadastral and mortgage taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Levante Immobiliare S.r.l. declines any responsibility for the information published on the site as it comes from the seller and/or the seller's trusted professionals. Levante Immobiliare S.r.l. believes this information to be truthful and assumes no responsibility for its actuality or any omissions or inaccuracies. It is understood that the selling party, without prejudice to its obligations towards Levante Real Estate S.r.l., reserves the right to sell the property to third parties until signing for acceptance of the offer sent by the potential buyer. The latter is required to inform if the property offered to him by Levante Real Estate S.r.l has already been viewed by him previously. For anything not provided for in this article, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.
