The property is located in the northern part of the island, in Malfa in Scario Street, on the slopes of Porri Mount and Rivi Mount. The municipality of Malfa stands on a small plateau, with an outlet to the sea. At the western end of the municipality is the hamlet of Pollara, on a bay overlooking the sea at the center of which is the Scoglio Faraglione rock. Salina is a true paradise immersed in nature surrounded by crystal-clear waters. The hills slope gently down to the sea and allow one to admire the volcano Stromboli, which stands a short distance away, separated only by a strip of water.
