The village of Bosentino is located on the slopes of Monte Bosentino, on the edge of the basin of the Vigolana Plateau and is a real "terrace" on Lake Caldonazzo.
This village, which has roots from pre-Roman times, is a small mountain town with very characteristic houses, adorned with stone portals and wooden balconies.
In addition to the walks that lead to the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Feles and the Castle of Vigolo, at the foot of the Marzola, Bosentino offers other pastimes such as tennis, volleyball, soccer and thanks to the proximity of Lake Caldonazzo (3 km) you can also practice a wide range of water sports.
Bosentino is a hamlet of 827 inhabitants of the municipality of Altopiano della Vigolana, in the autonomous province of Trento, a few minutes drive from the capital, the lakes of Caldonazzo and Levico and the ski slopes of Folgaria and Lavarone.
The Vigolana Plateau offers a lot from the point of view of hospitality and activities, including horseback riding, Nordic walking, mountain biking, not to mention the 60 km of Vigolana and the thematic paths dedicated to history, the senses, taste and movement.
The Municipality is provided with all the main services, such as schools, kindergartens, public transport, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The distance from Trento and the quality of the services offered make Bosentino and the other hamlets an ideal place for young families.
