A large stone porch immediately captures our attention: it is almost natural to imagine yourself here with friends and relatives on summer evenings while enjoying a fresh dish in front of the sensational view of the vineyards. From here, a glimpse of the pool heralds the development of the solarium area, imagine: a modern light wood flooring, an elegant infinity pool, sun loungers with soft cushions and tall palm trees that add a touch of greenery. Life here will seem like an eternal vacation in a 5-star resort. On the ground floor we find the large living area, which overlooks the external porch, here a modern kitchen with island and central counter and the adjacent dining room with generous dimensions will be the ideal environments to enchant guests with the splendid view of the hills. The living room stands out for its excellent sun exposure, which guarantees unparalleled brightness and airiness of the rooms. To make the most of all the space available, there is also the possibility of creating a comfortable mezzanine. On the same floor there is also the sleeping area, designed for three bedrooms each served by its own private bathroom and a personal walk-in closet. Furthermore, thanks to the large size of the Villa, always on the same level it will be possible to customize a wing dedicated to relaxation: a sauna, a play area or changing rooms for the pool. To complete the solution, a comfortable three-room apartment ideal as an annex for the service staff or a wing for guests.
