This property is located in the southern part of the province of Siena, just a few minutes’ walk from the main square of Cetona with its restaurants, bars and boutiques. Cetona is "One of the most beautiful villages in Italy", an old hill town with a labyrinth of narrow streets with occasional glimpses over the beautiful valley of rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves and cypress avenues. Even not far from the world-famous thermal baths in San Casciano dei Bagni, Chianciano Terme, Bagno Vignoni and the medieval villages of Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino. Due to its strategic location this property is easily accessible from both the North and the South along the A1 highway, a few kilometres from the Chiusi motorway exit. You can reach Siena in about an hour, an easy 90 minutes’ drive from Rome and Florence, 15 minutes from the city of Chiusi, where regular trains depart for all destinations. The closest major airports are in Rome, Florence and Perugia.
