Decentral heating, Heat pumpNeive is a municipality in the province of Cuneo, in the Langhe region. Located a short distance from Alba, the world center of truffles, its historic center retains a medieval layout with cobbled streets that ascend towards the Clock Tower and elegant brick palaces. The town of Neive has been included in "The Most Beautiful Villages of Italy," an initiative created by the Tourism Council of the Association of Italian Municipalities, and was recently recognized by UNESCO as part of Italy's heritage for its enogastronomic traditions and culture. From the top of the village, there is a wide view of the surrounding hills covered with vineyards: it is a production area for prestigious DOC and DOCG wines. Neive is also a popular destination for visiting its wineries, often housed in noble residences such as the 18th-century Palazzo dei Conti di Castelborgo. Four types of wines are produced on the Neive hills: Barbera d'Alba, Dolcetto d'Alba, Barbaresco, and Moscato. The municipality of Neive has been included in the Romantic Road of the Langhe and Roero area, a journey, both physical and emotional, between past and present, through landscapes and literary inspirations.
