The picturesque village of Cremia is located in the upper Lake Como area, at the foot of Monte Bregagno, from which it extends to the lake with its various hamlets. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
