Modernity and rationality in Maremma

The villa we propose is a perfect example of modern architecture, set in the landscape context of the typical Maremma countryside (north of Grosseto) and more precisely in the small town of Sticciano Scalo. Built in 2009 by the current owners, the villa has a living surface area of 350 sqm and is arranged on two ground floors and a partially basement floor. The property has a garden of about 800 square meters and is fenced, as well as having two independent entrances (a pedestrian gate and an automatic gate with access to the garage).
