Two-room apartment with sea view and garden in Levanto

Levanto, in the first hill we propose two-room apartment with a portion of garden overlooking the coast. We are located precisely about 2 km from the center of the village, easily accessible by car (5 minutes), public transport or a 15-minute walk. The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa completely renovated in 2007 and consists of separate entrance from the garden, living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, storage room and bathroom. Externally we find a garden of about 70 m2 equipped with pergola, which lends itself to be called the summer stay of the house. From here you can enjoy a splendid open view of the gulf of Levanto, and on nice days we can see the coast up to the promontory of Portofino. The property is completed by a cellar located in the garden and a private parking space. The outside garden is owned by the hedge on the left to the table overlooking the sea, the adjacent part belongs to another apartment, and is little used, possible the total division with a fence as the entrance to our garden is private.
