Commission Details

The appointment for the sale with our agency and/or agents is formalized by the signing of an agreement retaining the use of services listed in our brochure and its related clauses. The brokerage fee (commission) paid by the Buyer is 5% plus VAT calculated on the purchase price of the property.The commission shall become due upon signature of the preliminary purchase and sale contract.The gross commission amount would be adjusted if there is a subsequent change in VAT rates.
