Commission Details

The nomination of mediation with our agency and/or our agents is formalized with the signing of an agreement or with the use of the services listed in our brochure / exposé and its related conditions. The brokerage fee (commission) to be paid by the buyer is calculated on the purchase / sale of the property. The commission shall mature and become due at the time the purchase agreement between the seller and the buyer (ie, with the subscription by the promissory seller to acceptance of the purchase order sent by the prospective buyer). The gross amount of commission may vary if there is a VAT adjustment. Glamour Home Ltd and its agents have the right to request the payment of the commission (contract in favor of third parties). The registration tax, notary costs and mortgage and cadastral taxes are paid by the buyer.
