Consumption certificateWe are in the hamlet of Saccovescio, a small village founded as a mountain village and then populated by the agrarian community; the hamlet is about 2 km from all services and a little more from the centre of Preci, a municipality in the Valnerina valley, in ancient times a centre of Medicine with its "Preciana School of Surgery" established by the Benedictine monks. A stone's throw from Visso (MC), one of the Umbrian localities closest to the Adriatic Sea, with the coast less than 90 minutes away by car. The village is in the Monti Sibilini National Park, which forms part of the Appenine mountain range and is in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) and a historic zone (centro storico). The landscape is famous for its fauna and flora, in particular, wild truffles, as well as it’s many glaciallly carved valleys, rivers and famous hill top towns and villages. The area in general is steeped in Roman history. From the house, easily connected to the SS209 Valnerina road, it is possible to reach by car Umbrian towns of cultural interest such as Norcia (30 min by car), Cascia (40 min by car) or commercial towns such as Foligno (45 min by car). Leaving the Valnerina, it is easy to reach Spoleto, a well-known city of art (40 min by car); heading north about 1 hour by car there are Montefalco and Assisi; Perugia and its airport can be reached in about 80 min by car. Also from Spoleto heading south, you can access the A1 motorway and reach Rome in just over 2 hours by car.
The mediation assignment with our agency and/or our real estate agents is formalized with the stipulation of an agreement or with the use of the services listed in our services brochure/in our real estate files and related clauses.
