Charming piano nobile with canal view

We are in the sestiere of San Marco, in a location that is as perfect for commuting between Rialto/San Marco and the Accademia as it is convenient for the San Tomà- San Samuele gondola ferry but at the same time out of the tourist flow. In a calle overlooking a canal we find the main door of a residential condominium. We take the stairs and walk up two ramps, arriving at the entrance door of our flat: a noble floor opens up in front of us. The central body stands out in front of us in all its length, from whose walls we are observed by portraits of Doges and Venetian historical figures. Almost mirroring the central corridor there are several doors. From the entrance, the first on the right leads us first to the dining room, with its table and original fireplace, and then to the full kitchen, with appliances and a red granite cooking area. On the left, we find the first room, used as a study, with a desk and a sofa that becomes a single bed. From here we have access to a first terrace and a small cavedium. Continuing along the main body, we find two bathrooms, one almost opposite the other: to the left, a bathroom with a bathtub and ventilation system offers a play of light where modern chandeliers are reflected in the polychrome marble, to the right, the bathroom with a shower has a window and pastel tones. Finally, the last mirrored doors both lead to two double bedrooms, of which the one on the left with en suite bathroom, and both share the same view along the canal below, which can be further appreciated from the reading corner at the end of the corridor opposite from the entrance, from which there is access to the second small terrace overlooking the water.
