Cloz: Location and surroundings of this property

Cloz is a hamlet of the municipality of Novella, in the province of Trento. It is located in a sunny position, at the foot of Mount Òzol, amidst tidy orchards and woods. The scattered municipality of Novella is located at an altitude of about 720 m and comprises various localities, including Brez, Cagnò, Cloz, Romallo and Revò, the latter being the seat of the municipal administration. The villages that make up the municipality of Novella are small and picturesque, and fascinate with their views and interesting architectural features. Novella takes its name from its stream of the same name and is characterised by a luxuriant natural environment that offers beautiful and evocative excursions to the foot of the Maddalene mountain chain, as well as horse riding, mountain-bike tours and educational trails for the whole family. Also not to be missed are the many spectacular activities offered by the Novella River Park, amidst canyons and wild nature. Cloz is 15 minutes from Cles, 45 minutes from Trento and 1 hour from the cities of Bolzano and Merano.
