Description

Immersed in a beautiful natural landscape, between the hills and the sea of Cilento, this small jewel, elegant, and noble 17th-century dwelling is made in the so-called Cilento style: stone portal, wrought iron arches and balconies, garden that gently descends to the valley with small terraces planted with citrus and olive groves. The side of the building already renovated and used as a receptive structure, the property consists of two independent apartments on an area of about 414 square meters including perimeter walls, with a total internal area of 364 square meters. The first apartment winds between the ground floor with kitchen-living room, study, laundry and bathroom, and the street floor with three bedrooms each with bathroom. The second apartment upstairs consists of three bedrooms each with bathroom, kitchen and dining room. There are a total of 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and two kitchens, one of which is habitable. Both apartments are equipped with independent air conditioning. The part to be restored is about 472 square meters including perimeter walls, with a total internal area of 382 square meters. The property is complete with a plot of land of over 11 thousand square meters characterized by the centrality in the town, the cultivation of olive groves and orchards, accessibility also from the lower part through a municipal road. The entire property, original and authentic in its features, conveys an exciting feeling of peace and well-being, all in a climate of simplicity that recalls old times.
