Sarnonico: Location and surroundings of this property

The house is located in the heart of the small village of Sarnonico, on the sunny high plateau of Val di Non in Trentino, just 10 minutes from South Tyrol. Merano, Bolzano and Trento are about 45 minutes away by car. The Alta Valle di Non is one of the sunniest areas in Trentino. It is a real discovery for nature lovers, far from mass tourism. A zero-kilometre bakery (open in summer), a grocery shop and a bar are just a few steps from the house, while in the surrounding area there are several restaurants, pizzerias and trattorias where you can enjoy the simple and appetising cuisine of the Non Valley. Many itineraries are available for hiking enthusiasts. Directly from the doorstep, there are numerous comfortable paths leading through meadows, woods and villages, with an impressive view of the Brenta Dolomites. A beautiful 25-km-long cycle path crosses the plateau and reaches the Mendola Pass at an altitude of almost 1400 metres. The Dolomiti Golf Club is located in the immediate vicinity and is considered one of the most beautiful golf courses in the entire Alpine region.
