Gravedona is the most important city in the northwestern part of Lake Como. It is inhabited by many year round residents and is also home to many tourists throughout the summer coming from northern Europe. Famous for Palazzo Gallio, home to the 16th century cardinality situated on the lakeshore, Gravedona is one of the most important cities of Lake Como. As a matter of fact, you will find numerous businesses, supermarkets, bank branches and one of the most important hospitals in the province of Como. Thanks to its port Gravedona is well connected by ferryboat to the famous resorts of Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna. Two kilometers away is the largest tourist harbor of Lake Como where you can moor your own boat or take advantage of the boat rental service. For ski lovers, the famous resort of St. Moritz is eighty kilometers away; Other nearby major centers are the city of Lugano and its airport, located forty-five kilometers away, and the city of Menaggio only eighteen kilometers away. All three international airports in Milan are equidistant and can be reached in both an hour and a half by car.

Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Landlord for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent. Finest Italian Estates S.r.l. shall not be held liable in any way for any of the information published in its advertising material since such information is given to the agency by Sellers/Landlords and/or professionals said Sellers/Landlords engage thereto. The agency considers such information true and correct; if any information is missing, inaccurate or not current the foregoing people alone shall be liable. The Seller/Landlord may sell/let the property to third parties before an offer is accepted. You are kindly asked to inform the agency promptly if the property on offer is already known to and/or has already been surveyed by another estate agents.
