Bellagio is the most famous town on Lake Como. In Las Vegas (USA), one of the most important hotel-casinos in the city has been named after this wonderful place and it is not surprising that the famous Rockefeller Foundation is located in Bellagio, specifically in Villa Serbelloni. Civenna, a historic hamlet located in an elevated position just above the town of Bellagio, has recently been merged with the municipality of Bellagio. Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Tenant for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
