The picturesque old town of Marina di Campo with its watchtower of Pisan-Medici era and its marina from where, ages ago, the granite from Monte Capanne was exported and the pine forest, are the setting of this amazing bay. Marina di Campo is one of the most famous tourism places of the whole island: the spectacular bay has been attracting tourists since 1950. Furthermore, the island has a very wide range of restaurants, where you can taste typical fish dishes and berries. In the old town there are many pizza restaurants and ice cream parlours. For those willing to enjoy the local nightlife there are plenty of pubs mainly attended by young people. Marina di Campo is well known by many tourists thanks to its beach which is 1500 meters long, white sanded and very appropriate for families with kids. Marina di Campo is a 25-minute drive away from Portoferraio, 10 minutes from Procchio, 35 minutes from Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro and 5 minutes from the airport of Campo that has good connections with the airports of Florence and Pisa and with Milan Linate and Lugano during summer time.

The appointment for the sale with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions.
